Return Policy

We offer a clear, no-fuss returns policy and are happy to offer full refunds within 30 days of the Delivery Date on items you have ordered that are unacceptable for any reason, provided they are in resalable condition.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer except in the case of defective goods.

To start a return you must call or email with your name and order number.

  • Cancel an Unshipped Order: Orders are packed and shipped soon after an order is placed so if you wish to cancel an order please let us know quickly by email or telephone. If the order is unshipped the full order value and postage costs will be refunded. If the order has already left our warehouse the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Transport Damage: When you receive your goods, please check them immediately. Any transport damage must be notified to us within 5 working days of delivery of your order. Claims for damage will not be accepted beyond this time. You must contact us with photos of the damage.
  • Faulty Items\Warranty: If an item is received with manufacturing defects or fails unexpectedly within three months of delivery you can return it for a full refund. You must contact us with photos of the damaged or failed item.
  • Change of Mind: We understand that you might just have changed your mind about your purchase. Simply package and ship the product back to us within 30 days of delivery and provided it is in resalable condition we will refund on receipt of the goods.
  • Exchanges: Any goods except custom made items can be exchanged for other goods within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
  • Incorrect Items: Sometimes mistakes are made in packing and incorrect goods are supplied. When you receive your goods, please check them immediately. We will rectify all packing errors at no cost to the buyer. Claims for incorrect items supplied will not be accepted beyond 30 days from date of delivery.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service as if the item is lost in transit we won't be able to provide a refund.

Once your return is received and a refund is approved a credit will automatically be issued, usually to your original method of payment, due to payment provider processing times this should appear on your account within within 5-7 days.
