We offer a clear refund policy and are happy to offer full refunds within 30 days of the Delivery Date on items you have ordered that are unacceptable for any reason, provided they are in resalable condition.
We don't offer refunds on custom made or modified items.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer except in the case of defective goods.
To start the refund process you must call or email with your name and order number.
- Order never arrived: Occasionally items go missing while in the hands of our delivery partners. If you have not received your order within the expected timescale first contact us and we can investigate. If an order has gone missing in transit we will either dispatch again or offer a full refund.
- Transport Damage: When you receive your goods, please check them immediately. Any transport damage must be notified to us within 5 working days of delivery of your order. Claims for damage will not be accepted beyond this time. You must contact us with photos of the damage. If an order has been danaged in transit we will either dispatch again or offer a full refund.
- Faulty Items\Warranty: If an item is received with manufacturing defects or fails unexpectedly within three months of delivery you can return it for a full refund. You must supply us with photos of the damaged or failed item.
- Change of Mind: We understand that you might just have changed your mind about your purchase. Simply package and ship the product back to us within 30 days of delivery and provided it is in resalable condition we will refund on receipt of the goods.
- Incorrect Items: Sometimes mistakes are made in packing and incorrect goods are supplied. When you receive your goods, please check them immediately. We will refund or replace only the ordered items that were not supplied due to packing errors at no cost to the buyer. Claims for incorrect items supplied will not be accepted beyond 30 days from date of delivery.

Refunds are sent via the processing system of your original method of payment. These payment provider processing times vary but the refund should appear on your account within within 3-7 days.
